your questions, answered.
What is included in a painting quote?
A useful quote identifies the surfaces, repairs, protection, preparation, primer and finish coats, product assumptions, access arrangements and exclusions. We discuss colour, sheen and scheduling before the work is agreed.
Can you help with drywall before painting?
Yes. Drywall repair, taping, mudding, sanding and priming are part of our surface preparation offering. The scope depends on the condition of the walls and the level of finish needed under your lighting.
Do you paint commercial and occupied spaces?
We assess offices, retail spaces and managed properties. Tell us about operating hours, access, security and people using the building so we can discuss a workable project sequence. Any special scheduling is confirmed in the written scope.
How much will my painting project cost?
Surface area alone is not enough to price a job accurately. Condition, repairs, ceiling height, access, colour changes, coating selection and the number of included surfaces all matter. Share the details for a project-specific quote.
